19 fuel-laden ships arrive in Lagos ports
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN)learnt that 10 other ships are waiting to berth at the ports, including one conveying 38,840 tonnes of bulk cement, and others carrying wheat, fish, fertiliser, and rice.
The ports are expected to remain busy in August as 111 ships are expected to arrive with assorted cargoes.
Among the vessels are 27 expected to deliver petroleum products, including six carrying kerosene and five with diesel (AGO), NPA indicated.
Three ships are expected to discharge base oil, while 12 will discharge secondhand vehicles; and 39 others, merchandise, including rice, bulk malt and soya beans. (NAN)
