Joy Mboya has been appointed to be part of the  Arterial Network’s Cultural Policy Task Group to produced the cultural policy template, Adapting the Wheel: Cultural Policies for Africa that has been translated into English, French and Arabic and is being used in the formulation and amending of cultural policies in a number of African countries.
