The Dark Knight

The Dark Knight is one of the best movies of the Batman movie series. If anyone watches the movie, he or she will say that this is the best movie ever. And I think it is true. The Dark Knight is a superhero film of 2008. The Dark Knight is directed, produced and co-written by Christopher Nolan. The movie is based on DC Comic character Batman. This movie is the second part of Nolan’s Batman film series. This movie is the sequel of Batman Begins. Now I am telling you the story of The Dark Knight.

The Joker and his accomplices rob a mob-owned bank. The accomplices kill each other off one by one in a sequence masterminded by the Joker. At last, the joker escapes with all the money. Lt. Jim Gordon and Batman decided to include the new district attorney, Harvey Dent, in their plan to eradicate the mob. The mob bosses call a meeting with Lau, a Chinese accountant who has hidden their funds and fled to Hong Kong. The Joker interrupts the meeting. He warns them about the Batman. He says that Batman is unhindered by jurisdiction. The Joker offers to kill the Batman for half of their money. But all the mob bosses refuse. Gambol puts a bounty on him. The Joker kills Gambol and takes control of his man. Lau was captured by the Batman and was delivered to Gotham to testify against the Joker and the mob. After that the Joker announces that people will die each day if the Batman does not reveal his identity. Then he kills Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb and the judge presiding over the mobs trials. The joker also targets to kill Dent. But he fails because Bruce hides Dent and the joker fails to find him and kill him. Gordon foils the Jokers assassination on Mayor Gracia, apparently sacrificing himself in the process. Al last Bruce decided to reveal his identity. But Harvey Dent instead names himself as Batman. He does this to protect the truth for the safety of Gotham City. Dent is taken into protective custody. The Joker attacks the custody on the road. Bruce come as Batman and save dent from the Joker. Gordon faked his death, helps apprehend the Joker and is promoted to Commissioner. Suddenly Dent and Rachel disappear. Batman discovers that Dent and Rachel are held in two separate buildings. The buildings are full with explosives. There are moments left for the explosion. So, the Batman can save only one of them. Batman decides to save Dent. In the explosion Rachel died and Dent’s half face scarred. The joker detonates a bomb in the police station and escapes with Lau. After escaping the joker kills Lau and plans to kill every single person of Gotham city. It is a master plane. Even the batman can’t imagine, what is going to be happened. But with the help of luscious Fox, Batman can able to save the Gotham citizens. The Dark Knight is one of the best films of Batman movie series. The Dark knight is my favourite movie.
