Female officer with late DIG in hotel flown to Abuja for questioning

The female officer who was with late Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Police, Ganiyi Ali Dawodu at the time of his DEATH, has been flown to Abuja for questioning.
 
The woman, who is a Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) from Rivers State, was the last person to see the late DIG alive and was the one who called for help when Dawodu collapsed. Her being summoned to Abuja is to help detectives in their investigation into the cause of the sudden death of the police boss.

The late DIG, who is a Muslim, will not be buried until an autopsy is carried out because of the circumstances surrounding his death.
