Tusker Project Fame’s meanest judge Ian Mbugua has broadened his scope of judging. Ian who is also a consultant at Phoenix players. If there is one thing that he is famous for is being a critic. He never minces his words and often hits where it hurts. He has been chosen as a judge at this year’s Access Kenya Africa Concours d’Elegance which will be held at the Nairobi Racecourse on September 27.
